AXXCON celebrated New Year’s welcome at its location in Düsseldorf

More nice, bigger, lighter - AXXCON is growing and expanding at its location in Düsseldorf. AXXCON invited clients to a New Year's welcome event in its new office to celebrate the move.

In February 2018 we opened an office in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our second office next to the headquarters in Frankfurt. Since a large number of our clients come from NRW, this was a logical step. The opening of this location also made strategic sense for recruiting purposes. At least 10 million people live to the left and right of the Rhine between Wesel and Bonn. We began small and initially by moving into an office complex at the Medienhafen for subletting. The rapidly growing number of employees, however, meant that the available space quickly became tight. A larger location was needed. In November 2019 the time had come. In the Taubenstrasse we found a light-flooded office, which offers enough development possibilities for our AXXCONians.

Our successful growth is based on many years of good cooperation with our customers. We wanted to celebrate this together and at the same time have a drink to our new office. Out of the daily routine and into direct exchange with colleagues from the industry - at a "Meet & Greet" we offered the opportunity to have interesting conversations in a casual atmosphere and to exchange information on exciting and current topics. The event was a great success. Clients from all over NRW visited us to join us in celebrating our overall success. With tight schedules this is not a matter of course. We consider this to be very much appreciated.

In an age of "new way of working" it is no longer common to have an office in which every employee has a place. Our consultants are at the client's place three to four days a week on average. Their equipment enables them to work from anywhere. So why do we need an office? - "Our claim is to be a management consultancy that is constantly developing and ensures that its employees have their finger on the pulse. Transforming organizations is our core business. To be able to offer our clients sustainable solutions, things have to be prepared and followed up. Customer-oriented solutions require exchange and work in teams. This needs a common culture and real cooperation! Home-Office certainly has its charm, but cultural education cannot take place without offices", says Harald Freitag, Managing Partner at AXXCON.
